I’ve been trying to remember the name of a cartoon that is really old. any ideas?

ok i cant remember much but ok there was a cartoon about caveman who would ride a triceratops that shot fire out of his horn and a lady who would ride a pterodactyl
and a little kid and these two blob guys named bleep and bloop and they would fight T-rex and stuff like that

Forgot the name of an tv series that aired a few years ago about a fantasy dinosaur world, help!?

A few years ago I remember watching a tv series about a fantasy world in which there were dinosaurs and so on but also people and I think it wasn’t prehistoric, I seem to remember there may have been guns and things like that? There was this pterodactyl flying school and cool stuff liek that. [...]
