I’ve been trying to remember the name of a cartoon that is really old. any ideas?

ok i cant remember much but ok there was a cartoon about caveman who would ride a triceratops that shot fire out of his horn and a lady who would ride a pterodactyl
and a little kid and these two blob guys named bleep and bloop and they would fight T-rex and stuff like that

I think it would be super funny to be a dinosaur for Halloween, but I have no idea how to make the costume. A pterodactyl would be pretty sweet.
