my boyfriend’s making a pterodactyl costume – any ideas?

I want to be a pterodactyl for Halloween – any ideas on how to make a costume?

I think it would be super funny to be a dinosaur for Halloween, but I have no idea how to make the costume. A pterodactyl would be pretty sweet.
